It is national pi day (and Einstein's birthday), so to commemorate this auspicious occasion we had pie for dinner, in the form of an asparagus quiche. What made it even more yummy are these green eggs I used from my friend's hens. In what is the best trade around I give my friend an empty egg carton and it is magically filled up with beautiful, organic eggs. Now, if I can only find someone who will do that with my wallet.
What Pi day celebration would be complete without...lemon meringue pie.
That meringue is a vision of loveliness.
